Got the free lite version and upgraded and purchased the pro version. Big mistake. It worked for a week -long enough to enter all my passwords and notes. Got a update message and updated now it wont even open. Wrote the developers but heard nothing from them. Not even an acknowledgement that they received my message

Handled the app bug(s) effectively & quickly!
I love this app. I bought for the contact part of the app, but the password app has become my favorite part. But all the apps are great. I noticed that there are a few people leaving reviews that accuse this app of being fake & having poor customer service. It saddens me because, though I was freaking out about having potentially lost passwords that are only stored in this app, I sent them an email explaining the problem & asking what I should do to hopefully keep from losing the data stored in the app, and they responded to me within a day. They advised me on what to do, I waited a couple days & they had an update to fix the app. Not only did they reply to my email, but they followed up with another email, when the update was approved & released to the App Store...just to let me know it was available & that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, I was without access to my stuff for a couple days, but its not unreasonable to think that there are going to be glitches every now & again, so considering that they have to get Apples approval to release an update, Im pretty pleased with how quickly it was rectified. And they could have left it at that & I wouldnt have thought anything of it, but they sent another email following up! I think they did their best & people need to be reasonable in their expectations of others.

Good but doesnt work well
The app is very good, but when i do the update, it doesnt open. So EVERY time i have to delete the app and download again. Doing that it deletes all my photos and secret things!
